Training

Team building starts on your first day during The Guild's three-week, pre-service training program, which consists of classroom instruction, interactive learning, extensive observation and guided practice within classrooms and residences. At the completion of your training, you will be confident in your skills, able to fulfill your responsibilities and feel supported by your co-workers.
