Shawn Massak: What I enjoy most about working at The Guild is the students. While sometimes the work we do is challenging, at the end of the day it always feels worthwhile.
Peg Doherty: The Guild hires really, really kind staff, and you get the feeling that they're all here because they want to be here. I've actually said that a number of times to the staff.
Boris Fomo: I just fall in love with the fact that we are changing lives of the individuals that we support.
Jonathan Muise: It is rewarding to see these kids grow and see them change in front of you. Everyone really is here because they want to make a positive impact, and I think that's really important.
Amy C. Sousa: Even more important than the perfect resume is that sense of care and reciprocity, that if you can really connect with someone, if you can build a relationship and a rapport, if you can build trust, then we can teach you the skills.
Mustapha Abdulai: I think I have a great team. I think I work with a great group of people.
Jonathan Muise: The people that we get, I think for the most part are people that are really dedicated and really care.
Isaac Ssenyondo: What I enjoy mostly at The Guild is that you make a change in somebody's life. You put a smile on somebody’s life.
Boris Fomo: When I think of The Guild, I just think of a great place to work.
Jovana Bass: Once you come here, you never want to leave.
Amy C. Sousa: We have fun and that's important. The work is hard so it has to be fun.
Isaac Ssenyondo: It's like family.
Jovana Bass: I'm friends with everyone.
Don Marcoux: My wife and I couldn't be happier with the staff from the top to the bottom. They're all great so it's very, very heartwarming.
Shawn Massak: I feel like I learn something new almost every day from our students.
Jonathan Muise: What has changed me is being a component in getting kids to do things that they haven't done before, and I think it's made me a better person.
