The Guild is grateful for gifts-in-kind, a contribution of goods or services that helps advance our efforts to educate, encourage and empower individuals with intellectual disabilities.

At The Guild, we foster a therapeutic, educational, and innovative environment for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our Wish List is comprised of items that are practical and needed, yet unfunded. Your donations of items on our wish list helps enhance our service offerings. We wholeheartedly thank you for your support.

Opportunities for Community Experiences and Inclusion

Donate Tickets, Passes or Gift Cards
The Guild’s unique programming model offers regular opportunities for our youth and adult residents to be involved in their communities. Our supported community experiences offer individuals with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to socialize with friends, encourages them to practice social skills and empowers them to gain confidence in navigating their community.

We depend on the generosity of our donors to support these types of experiences and we are currently seeking donations of:

  • Gift cards to national retail establishments
  • Movie passes
  • Tickets to sporting events
  • Tickets to theater or music events
  • Restaurant gift certificates
  • Amusement park passes
  • Trampoline park passes
  • Gym memberships

If you are interested in donating gift certificates to local businesses (hair salons, barber shops, bowling alleys, etc.), please contact us for a list of businesses by town.

Donate a Recreational Supply and Therapeutic Toys
Therapeutic toys promote play and help our individuals achieve individualized goals like development of fine and gross motor skills, increased social awareness, and sensory integration. Toys are used in The Guild School and by related services professionals in our residences. At this time, we are in need of:

  • Fidget toys for tactile input and stress relief
  • Social skills tools for understanding emotions
  • Gross motor skills tools that develop balance, hand-eye coordination and strength
  • Board games for socialization and learning how to take turns
