Victoria (Tori) Carey is a licensed mental health counselor who is continuing to work towards her art therapy licensure in order to provide different forms of communication and expression within counseling sessions. Tori received her bachelor's degrees in psychology and fine art from Salisbury University in Maryland before beginning her graduate program through Lesley University in Massachusetts for Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy. Over the past four years, Tori worked within a locked residential facility supporting significant mental health, severe trauma, as well as cognitive impairments, with the goal of community reintegration. Tori currently enjoys building on students' self-advocacy and interpersonal skills, specifically self-love and how to have healthy boundaries in relationships. In her free time, Tori enjoys creating her own art, hanging out with family and friends, and exploring new places and cuisine.
