Tom Bakkabulindi joined The Guild team in November of 2022. He served as the Assistant Residential Manager with Waltham House and Sassafras House before moving into his current role. At The Guild, he enjoys being able to make a difference in the lives of residents. He particularly enjoys the close relationships he’s developed with residents and his colleagues that help him to meet the unique needs of each resident. He says that seeing residents’ progress and knowing that he plays a part in providing them with a safe, nurturing environment is gratifying.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts in management logistics and operations from Southern New Hampshire University. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, reading books on personal development and management, and spending quality time with family and friends.
