Nuru brings extensive experience in human services to her work at The Guild, having previously served as a Program Manager in both the Developmental Disabilities (DD) Department and Mental Health Adult Community Clinical Services (MH ACCS) at Eliot Community Human Services. Her professional expertise spans program management, staff supervision, and ensuring quality care and compliance in residential settings.
Nuru received her Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from the City and Guilds of London, an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Northshore Community College, and pursued a bachelor's degree in social work at Salem State University.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, traveling, reading, taking road trips, and engaging in personal projects that fuel creativity and growth.
