Nikki joined The Guild in 2015. She has worked at the Spectrum Center in California and at the New England Center for Children (NECC) as a day coordinator. Nikki holds a bachelor's in elementary and special education from Salve Regina University, a master's in special education from Framingham State College, and a behavioral certification from Cambridge College.
Nikki is a certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a licensed behavior analyst (LABA), special education teacher and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) instructor. Outside of The Guild, Nikki, her husband and two boys enjoy going to the zoo and playing superheroes, especially Captain America and Iron Man.
