Muyani joined The Guild in 2018 as a residential program manager before being promoted to house manager. He has also worked as a program director at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, residential director at NuPath and outreach coordinator at AFESS-OVC in Africa. Muyani received his bachelor’s degree in social work at Salem State University and also earned a bachelor’s in economic development from Cooperbelt University in Zambia. He’s a past trainer in the Safe and Positive Approaches program for preventing and responding to crisis. He entered the field of human services to make a difference and seek sustainable change for the individuals we serve. Muyani appreciates The Guild’s commitment to best practices and evidence-based approaches to care. Within Adult Services, he enjoys working on a team that supports one another.
