Millie, who joined The Guild in March 2014, was promoted to associate director of youth residential services in 2020. She has served as a residential assistant in the youth program at Maple House before becoming house manager at Woburn. She also worked as an assistant residential manager at Riverside Community Care for two years. Millie received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College. She enjoys working at The Guild because of the relationships she builds with the individuals we serve and the impact she has on their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys eating at restaurants, going to the movies and, if she’s “feeling fancy,” visiting the spa.
