Jerry joined The Guild for Human Services in 2020 with more than 20 years of experience in human services and public health. He previously supported individuals with disabilities at Family Services, Inc., CSAAC, and the Jewish Foundation in Maryland. His public health experience includes work with the Guinea Worm Eradication Program through the Carter Center and the Ghana Health Service, the Boston–Lesotho Health Alliance, and the Ghana AIDS Commission, where he served as Regional Director. Jerry holds a Master of Science in International Health Policy and Management from Brandeis University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health (Epidemiology). He is also the author of a peer-reviewed publication on “the sociodemographic determinants of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis in Lesotho”, reflecting his continued commitment to advancing public health research and improving health outcomes. He is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and person-centered environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are empowered to live meaningful and independent lives. In his free time, Jerry enjoys listening to NPR radio, biking, and cooking.
