James Sseggwanyi began at The Guild in 2018 as a Residential Assistant. He was then promoted to Assistant Residential Manager before serving in his current role as House Manager. James attended Makerere College of Health Sciences and Research in Uganda and earned his Master of Medicine in Surgery degree. He is certified in CPR/AED, HIV/Aids care and prevention, medication administration and neurosurgical skills. He enjoys caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities every day at The Guild. In his free time, James likes to read academic and inspirational books and play basketball.
