Hayden started at The Guild in October 2018 as the Director of Facilities. His responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance for all 19 Guild homes, The Guild's headquarters, and the entire vehicle fleet. Hayden also works with various town inspectors and oversees contractors for facility and residential renovation projects, including HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement.
The Boston native came to The Guild with over 15 years of experience in maintenance supervision, including the project management on a multi-million dollar construction project for the Walnut Street Center's new day rehabilitation facilities building. Hayden received his degree from Central Connecticut State University and resides in Boston with his wife and their three children.
