Fabiana came to The Guild with a wealth of experience as she has worked as a mental health therapist and BCBA since 1996. She has worked in school and clinical based settings serving individuals with autism, cognitive, social, emotional and behavioral disabilities. Fabiana has worked with students, parents, school personnel and administration to help students achieve their optimal life success through effective behavior programming and cognitive behavior therapy techniques.
In her role as the Senior Clinical Advisor of Behavior Services, Fabiana provides clinical consultation to adult and youth behavioral program leadership, supervises behavior clinicians, and provides assessment services and crisis supports as needed.
Fabiana received her master's degree from Anna Maria College in counseling psychology and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007.
