Emily received her B.S. in Communication Disorders in 2010 and began her career at The Guild as a Teacher Assistant. She later transitioned into the role of Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and, while continuing her work at The Guild, earned a Master of Education from George Mason University.
With 15 years at The Guild, Emily has served in multiple capacities across educational and clinical settings. Her professional interests include student centered IEP development, AAC, and supporting students through collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches. She values the strong teamwork at The Guild and is committed to creating supportive systems that empower both students and staff.
