Deo began working at The Guild in March 2018 where he started as a teacher assistant before working in the vocational department. Prior to The Guild, Deo worked as a residential counselor and assistant residential manager at Bay Cove Human Services. He has also worked in the hospitality industry as he worked in hotels in the Greater Boston area as an auditor and audit supervisor. Deo holds a bachelor’s degree from Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. He likes the teamwork aspect among Guild staff and working to achieve a common goal. Deo enjoys watching HGTV and real estate.
