Danielle Stanton joined The Guild’s Board of Trustees in 2026. She currently serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), where she has been a member of the executive team during a period of rapid, unprecedented growth. In her current role, Danielle leads a broad portfolio, including people, IT, enterprise operations, legal, compliance, and data analytics.
Prior to SNHU, Danielle served as chief human resources officer at USI Insurance Services, with earlier HR leadership roles across various industries, including Fortune 500 and higher education. She brings expertise in governance and strategy, operational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational development. Danielle holds a master’s degree from Villanova University.
Mission-driven and committed to making a positive impact, Danielle is drawn to The Guild’s work through family and friends supporting children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has volunteered for many years as a youth sports coach and actively supports Building Dreams for Marines, the nonprofit led by her husband, Tim. Danielle lives in New Hampshire with Tim, their two daughters, and her beloved miniature schnauzer, Addison.
