Chris joined the Guild’s Board of Trustees in 2026, following a long career in commercial real estate.

Chris retired from the Davis Companies in 2023, where he served as a senior development project executive. During his nearly 13 years at Davis, he helped develop a wide variety of large commercial projects, including multifamily, life science, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects. Prior to the Davis Companies, Chris worked for the Boston Red Sox on the renovations of historic Fenway Park and other neighborhood projects, as well as helping to develop JetBlue Park in Fort Myers, Florida.

In 2024, Chris completed a nearly 4,000-mile, seven-week bicycle ride across the United States from Portland, Oregon, to Portland, Maine.

Chris also serves on the boards of the Greater Boston chapter of Trout Unlimited and the Stephen D. Cutler Center for Investments and Finance at Babson College. He has a B.A. in economics and history from Tulane University and an MBA from Babson.

Chris and his wife, Wendy, have two adult children and live in Weston.
