Individual and group therapy

The Guild’s counseling staff, comprised of licensed mental health counselors and licensed independent clinical social workers, provides individual and group therapy to assist students in identifying strengths and barriers to success. Family counseling is available to families who seek additional support.

    The Guild offers a broad range of treatment options for students including:

    • Psycho-education and counseling services, including a personal growth and development curriculum
    • Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) adapted for students with intellectual disabilities
    • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
    • Trauma-informed care
    • Expressive therapy, including music, art and dance therapy

    Students are matched with counselors based on their individual needs. The Guild’s clinical staff provides parents/guardians support and general guidance to assist them in the care and support of their children.
