Rich has worked at The Guild since March of 2017. In 2020, he was promoted to Associate Director of Youth Residential Services. He received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell. Rich is a member of The Guild’s Yale Supervision Leadership Change team, as well as a Co-Convener of the Training Work Group, which completely revamped the way The Guild onboard new staff. He had several years of supervisory experience in the field before joining The Guild, most notably at the Justice Resource Institute. Rich thoroughly enjoys working with all the youth we serve at The Guild.
