Boris joined The Guild five years ago as a lead residential assistant. Before coming to The Guild, he served as an assistant program director at Bridgewell. Boris is a citizen of Cameroon and was born and raised in Gabon, a small country in Central Africa. He earned a scholarship to attend Trento University in Italy, where he received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is fluent in French, Italian and English. Boris is a certified trainer in basic human rights and a sexuality educator for individuals with development disabilities. He is inspired by the positive impact he and his colleagues have on the individuals The Guild supports. Boris says what began as a job has become a career because of the professional support that The Guild provides.
