Polly Healy Kraus headshot

Polly Healy Kraus began working at The Guild in August of 2021 as a Youth Behavior Clinician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Mary Washington and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University. Polly is a National Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Trainer. In her current role as the Associate Clinical Director of Evening Services at The Guild, Polly enjoys teaching staff how to successfully and safely work with students and teach them new skills, especially within the residences. In her free time, Polly enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, going to the gym, and reading lots of books!
