Laura headshot

Laura joined The Guild in 2012 as assistant residential manager at Cedar House and later served as house manager at Cedar and Dedham House (adult). She was promoted to associate director of youth residential services before assuming her current role. Laura has also worked at the Crotched Mountain School and STRIVE University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human development with a focus in special education from Rivier University and is pursuing a master’s in special education at Bay Path University. Inspired by a close friend who had cerebral palsy and was non-verbal, Laura began volunteering in her school’s special education room as a fourth grader. She continued to work with students with disabilities in high school and college. At The Guild, she enjoys watching students make progress toward greater independence.
