Flore Rateau began working at The Guild in November of 2023. In her role, she appreciates having such supportive colleagues who make her smile, and she enjoys having the opportunity to continuously learn within the field. Prior to joining the human services sector, Flore worked in homeland security. She attended the University of Phoenix and obtained her degree in human services management. In her free time, Flore enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, road trips, reading, and watching investigative shows (when she can find the time)!
